Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and execute strategic plans to convert these leads into profitable sales.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customer's business and their requirements, delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, focusing on achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Prepare and present technical presentations and demonstrations, illustrating the value and benefits of our water treatment systems.
Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
Maintain accurate sales records, revenue reports, invoice details, and customer feedback.
Collaborate closely with the engineering and customer service teams to ensure the seamless delivery and installation of our products.
Provide excellent after-sales support, maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales or marketing, ideally within the water treatment industry or a similar sector.
In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies, including STP, ETP, WWTP, and RO filtration systems.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical details for clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
