Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives, content creation, and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B tech marketing and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute targeted B2B outreach campaigns for the US market
Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
Run cold email and LinkedIn sequences to generate qualified pipeline
Work closely with sales to improve demo bookings and trial conversions
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging and targeting
Support marketing initiatives including content distribution, lead nurturing, and CRM hygiene
Capture and relay market feedback to help refine positioning and GTM strategy
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or growth roles (mandatory)
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and outbound motion
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting, Sales Navigator, and email automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Ability to work independently and take ownership of pipeline goals
Experience targeting the US market is a strong plus
Good to Have
Prior experience in SaaS, proptech, or services marketplace
Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign analytics
Exposure to sales-led growth environments
