Job Description
• Presentations and product demonstrations to architects, interior designers, contractors, engineers and end users
• Develop and expand customer base by building good customer relationships & strengthen customer bonding through regular visits. Meeting Architects, Designers, Developers, Builders &
Fabricators etc.
• Familiar with architectural specifications and design elements
• Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
• Inspect, measure, scope, photograph and estimate projects
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• To manage and motivate fabricator teams
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelors degree (Full time) preferred Business graduates (BBA)
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing of building materials
• Successful track record in field sales with good conversion rate
• Should have good relations with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors/Fabricators
• Knowledge of construction, carpentry, etc
• Must be people oriented.
• Must have a two-wheeler with DL
• Ability to work independently without close supervision

• Products handled should be Wood & wood substitutes, Outdoor Wood, Plywood, or other building materials.
