Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our hospitality's team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our hotel's products and services, generating leads, and driving sales revenue. Your primary goal will be to increase the hotel's occupancy rate and revenue by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify and target potential clients including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Actively pursue new sales opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Marketing and Promotions:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance the hotel's brand visibility and attract new customers.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and advertising, to promote the hotel's offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, brochures, and online content.
Revenue Management:
Analyze market demand, pricing, and occupancy data to optimize revenue and maximize profitability.
Recommend pricing strategies, special offers, and packages to attract guests and increase revenue.
Monitor and manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and distribution channels to ensure accurate rates, availability, and content.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including revenue analysis, market segmentation, and performance indicators.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales performance and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the hotel industry.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
