Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive (Tele calling) based in Chennai. The role involves managing outbound and inbound calls to communicate with potential and existing clients, identifying and generating leads, and providing information about products and services. Additional responsibilities include engaging customers, answering inquiries, building relationships, and assisting in closing sales. The role also requires collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to strategize and identify new opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven experience and skills in Sales and Marketing to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
