1. Analyze the trends in the market and the company's strategies to identify opportunities to cash in on
2. Support in the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value to our services to increase sales and company revenue
3. Analyze consumer behavior and anticipate market trends to develop solutions to consumer problems and needs
4. Perform and present competitor analysis to identify areas where our company can surpass the industry's competitors and forge ahead
5. Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them
6. Handle other duties as assigned by the manager.
7. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
8. Research and identify new market opportunities.
