• Sales Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in the commercial sector.
• Conduct market research and data mining to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our solar solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Marketing Activities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our commercial solar rooftop solutions.
• Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients through telecalling and emails.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Social Media Management:
• Create and manage content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond appropriately.
• Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Policy Understanding and Compliance:
• Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and regulations related to solar energy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines in all marketing and sales activities.
• Educate clients on policy benefits and financial incentives for adopting solar energy.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Familiarity with the commercial solar industry and relevant policies in Delhi/NCR is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
