Lithium ESS (Energy Storage System) Sales & Marketing
Experience:- 7 to 10 years in business development, preferably in the Lithium-ESS

Our company is dedicated to creating cutting-edge battery solutions to cater to the rising demands of the electric vehicle market. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for (ESS) to join our team.
Responsibilities:-
· Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
· Identify, research, and engage with potential clients B2B, B2C & EXPORT.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business opportunities in the ESS sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including suppliers, partners, and government bodies.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and production, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
· Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
· Develop and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to showcase our products and solutions to potential clients.
Requirements:-
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electronics/electrical), or related field.
· 7+ to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the ESS, automotive, or related industries.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B, B2C & Export environment.
· Strong understanding of the ESS battery market, industry trends, and regulatory landscape.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
· Willingness to travel frequently
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
