Sales & Marketing Manager - Oleoresin and Essential Oils Industry
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager of Sales & Marketing to oversee our business operations in the essential oils and oleoresin industry. As the Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by targeting companies within the industry and expanding our market presence internationally.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and initiate business discussions with sales prospects, focusing on companies in the flavoring, seasoning, fragrance, confectionery and beverage industries. Utilize proactive initiatives to develop new business opportunities and establish clientele.
Market Analysis: Analyse market activities and trends in the essential oils, oleoresin, spray dried, CO2 extracts and herbal industry to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the R&D and logistics departments to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. Work closely with the management, R&D, and purchase teams to develop sales proposals, pricing strategies, and effectively promote our company and its products.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular onsite visits and effective communication. Participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows, both domestically and internationally, to network and convert leads into successful business deals.
Communication: Act as an information channel between the company and potential customers, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance our products and services. Conduct direct meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences, fostering long-term business relationships.
Product Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to introduce new essential oils and oleoresin products to the market. Stay updated on industry trends and consumer demands to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the essential oils and oleoresin industry.
Strong understanding of the essential oils and oleoresin industry, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry regulations & licenses such as Kosher, Halal, FSSC22000, ISO+001 & Others.
