Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a completed MBA and a proven track record of successfully managing sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products are marketed effectively.
• Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Ensure the sales and marketing team is trained and equipped with the necessary skills and resources to achieve their targets.
Requirements:
• Completed MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
