Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Marketing Operations Manager at Policy Icon Insurance Consultants in Pune. The Sales Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for Business Development of SME Business as well as oversee the day today operations, managing day-to-day marketing activities.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales & Marketing
Marketing Operations and Operations Management skills
Insurance knowledge - industry & products is a must
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Qualification in Insurance like Licentiate, Associate, Fellow of III or CII UK etc is a plus,
