Sales & Marketing Team Leader
§ Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development§ Keep Informed of New Products and Services§ Train, and Coach the Sales Team§ Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines§ Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team§ Prepare Sales Reports.§ Provide to give excellent service to customers and guide the same to team members.§ need to be able to communicate all aspects of the sales operation to managers and team members§ strong computer skills§ experience and a working knowledge of the sales industry is must.§ Built diverse and consistent sales portfolio.§ Deal with both B2B & B2C sales.§ Working with CRM /ERP software.§ Making product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources§ Solve and handle team queries and problems.§ Team handling and time management .§ Fluency in English (moderate/fluent) and Hindi§ Commanding and pitching development / presentable while giving and making understand the customers for the product knowledge.§ Location –Gurgaon /Delhi /NCR(only)§ Location-Ludhiana for Ludhiana Plant (only)§ Preferably immediate Joiner.§ Salary package- 30k-40k(depending on experience) for team leader and 25k for Executive.Hired candidates prefferably from the same domain (steel forging/automobile/manufaturing)kindly apply those are suitable and fit for the above job criteria and package.Gurgaon Plant Address : C -545 , Pace City-2 , Sec-37 , GGN-122001
