What do you Do?
Candidate should be able to understand the Education portfolio of different competitive exams.
Candidate needs to ensure the implementation and usage of our technology products in schools, Colleges, and Coaching centres.
Candidate will be responsible for Training and monitoring Lab Assistants in their defined territory.
Candidate will be required to work closely with Principals, Vice- Principals, Zonal coordinators, State coordinators, and Technology support teams to impart product knowledge, diagnose and fix product-related issues, and collect user feedback for improvement of the product's performance.
Candidate will be required to generate and submit reports requested by all key stakeholders in their defined territory.
Candidate will require to ensure long-term Client relations and customer satisfaction.
Candidate should be interested to Travel within a defined territory.
Specific Required Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) or MBA in Operations/Marketing.
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Learning attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of education technology products would be a plus.
Should be able to take ownership and drive the initiatives.
Relationship Management is extremely important.
Multiple languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel within a defined Territory.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Driving License & Vehicle is Mandatory
Candidates from Bangalore will be preferred.
Male candidates will be preferred
