Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to improve sales processes, implement efficient systems, and provide data-driven insights to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track sales performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and policies
• Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data and reporting
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales goals
• Support the Assistant Sales Manager in executing special projects as needed
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 0 to 1+ years of experience in sales operations or sales enablement
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and provide insights
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
