Key Responsibilities:
• Manage your own territory utilizing CRM tools, showcasing skills in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Develop and implement tailored service strategies to meet diverse client needs.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities within the commercial market segment.
• Prepare and present customized proposals based on client requirements and industry insights.
• Collaborate with our team of specialists to develop and deliver unique solutions for complex client challenges.
• Engage in networking events, trade shows, and forums to enhance our brand presence and discover new prospects.
• Conduct at least 10 in-person client meetings weekly to build relationships and drive business growth.
• Utilize solution-based selling strategies to expand relationships with existing accounts and attract new clients.
What We’re Looking For:
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in similar markets.
• Skilled in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to boost productivity and improve client engagement.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Background in electronic security sales is a strong advantage.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
