Yes Mee Trip. is looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller / Travel Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into bookings for our tour packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain tour packages clearly
Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
Generate and follow up on travel leads
Convince customers and close sales
Maintain customer records and call reports
Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings
Provide excellent customer support before and after booking
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Sales-oriented and confident personality
Ability to handle customer queries patiently
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
Interest in travel & tourism
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in tele calling, travel sales, or customer service (optional)
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
