Sales Representative – Sydney Social (Commission-Based | Work From Home)
Sydney Social is a Sydney-based social media marketing agency helping local businesses grow their online presence through short-form video content and Instagram management. We're expanding fast and looking for a hungry, self-motivated sales rep to join the team.
The Role
Your job is simple — reach out to local Sydney businesses, spark interest in our services, and book meetings. We handle the closing. You get paid every time a meeting shows up and every time we sign a client.
This is a remote, flexible role. All you need is a phone and the drive to make it happen.
What You'll Be Doing
Reaching out to local businesses within Sydney via phone
Booking qualified meetings with business owners and decision makers
Logging all bookings in a shared system we provide
Following an approved outreach script (we set you up from day one)
What You'll Earn
$25 per attended meeting — paid weekly
10% commission on every client signed (clients average $1,700)
Commission tier increases to 20% at 20 meetings/week and 30% at 30 meetings/week
Realistic earnings at 10 hours/week: $3,000–$12,000/month
What We're Looking For
Based in Sydney
Confident on the phone and comfortable with outreach
Self-motivated, you won't have someone watching over you
Previous sales, hospitality, real estate or telco experience
Someone who wants to build income fast, not wait for a pay cheque
How It Works
There's a 2 week trial period to kick things off. Hit the meeting targets and you're offered a formal contract. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat, we're looking for someone who wants to earn serious money working flexible hours from their phone.
