With sales teams based in Asia, America and Europe, we have a strong international growth dynamic, and almost +0% of our production is exported.
We are expanding and we are looking for our future Sales Representative - North America.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Department, your main mission will be to grow our business by developing sales in our three markets in North America. You will be responsible for :
• Maintaining and driving sales activity for the company's three main markets, by implementing sales and marketing strategies in the United States (mainly the South-East and Midwest) and Canada
• Develop a detailed and targeted sales strategy for each new prospect and to retain existing customers
• Develop and maintain close commercial relationships with all customers and prospects
• Promote the company brand in direct sales and for the OTEGO marketplace.
• Identify and contribute to the development of new products and business models with the help of our technical and sales teams
Profile
• 5+ years direct sales experience or direct involvement in the manufacturing process: textile, tire industry or other relevant manufacturing sector
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel to France, Canada
• Must be a self-starter, experience with working from home office with limited supervision.
• Must possess very strong personal presence and interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with an international team
• Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of customers - from technical to non-technical
• Strong understanding of the Rubber industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Spanish and or French is a plus
