Join our team as a Sales Representative! We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and ambitious individual ready to build a promising career while playing a key role in growing our client base.

Your mission: Acquire new clients in North America.
Although we already have a strong presence with our manufacturing facilities in the U.S., our goal is to expand our customer portfolio. This role requires flawless proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our English-speaking clients.

Main Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential clients to expand our customer base.
Manage incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service.
Assist in managing and updating the company's social media accounts.
Be available to travel.
Provide customer service: client follow-up, after-sales service, etc.
Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.

Votre mission : acquérir de nouveaux clients en Amérique du Nord.
Bien que nous disposions déjà d’une solide présence avec nos usines sur le territoire américain, notre objectif est d’élargir notre portefeuille client. Ce rôle exige une maîtrise impeccable de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin de communiquer efficacement avec nos clients anglophones.

Principales responsabilités

Identifier et contacter des clients potentiels pour élargir notre clientèle.
Gérer les leads entrants et les convertir en opportunités de vente.
Maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants en fournissant un service exceptionnel.
Aider à la gestion et à la mise à jour des comptes de réseaux sociaux de l'entreprise.
Être disponible pour voyager.
Effectuer le service à la clientèle : suivi client, service après-vente, etc.
Préparer des rapports de vente réguliers pour suivre les progrès et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
