Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound sales calls from US customers

✔ Work with the team to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Excellent English communication skills are a must
🔹 Experience in US sales / BPO / customer support preferred (not mandatory)
🔹 Ability to work night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
🔹 Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented
🔹 Good listening skills + problem-solving ability
