Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 9AM - 9PM IST
Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 in-hand + Incentives up to ₹2,000

About the Role:
We are looking for Sales Agents (Voice Process) to work with a well-known direct-to-consumer wellness brand. This role involves engaging with potential customers who have shown interest but did not complete their orders. You will assist customers with order completion, available offers or discounts, and general inquiries, while also handling customer retention and feedback calls to enhance overall customer experience and conversion.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 100-120 outbound calls per day to engage customers with uncompleted purchases.
Support customers complete orders and apply offers.
Assist customers with delivery and payment-related queries.
Conduct follow-up and feedback calls to improve repeat sales.
Engage with customers using email and chat channels as required.
Record call outcomes accurately and keep CRM data up to date.
Meet daily closure goals of 15-20 confirmed orders.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years in customer service or telesales/voice processes
Clear and confident communication in Hindi & English; multilingual ability preferred.
Proven persuasion skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
Must have personal laptop/desktop with webcam and a stable internet connection.
Willing to work rotational shifts, including Sundays and public holidays.
