Role Overview:

As a Team Lead (Manager - Sales), you will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize growth.

Job Qualifications:
• WBachelor's/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with leadership experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed sales targets.
