Job Description
Key skills:
Working on SAP B1 Module as a Key user along with Sales (SFDC).
Serve as a trusted advisor for field sales engineers i.e working on pricing, product positioning and business terms to get the deal closure.
Serve as a Single Point of contact for Management. Act as a primary liaison with all cross functional business partners for quotation to order cycle.
Build productive relationship and feedback loop with various departments like sales, manufacturing and logistics in order to drive operational and process efficiencies.
Enables sales team to increase productivity by assuming Pre-sales research and manage internal processes till booking of the order. Answer sales/ internal customers (Emails, Phone, VCs). Ensure Order booking by navigating within a company i.e various departments (sales, Manufacturing and logistics).
