A leading GSA of Airline is looking for a Reservation and Ticketing Agent who will be responsible for delivering efficient services to customers/ agents at the counter and on calls and emails.
Candidate should have experience in reservation and ticketing in the Airline or any Travel agency.
Good listening and provide solutions, Handling Reservations and Sales calls efficiently and effectively. Communicate clearly and politely to customers, both internal and external. Drafting well-structured emails relevantly and clearly. Timely response to emails and calls. Should maintain Office Etiquettes like Punctuality, Grooming and Mannerisms. Prompt handling of Billing & Reporting.
Qualification: Should be Graduate.
Experience: 2 to 4 years.
Location: Gurgaon.
CTC: 4.80 LPA (Max).
