Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role for the Day Shift at AMLAY in New Delhi. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team, ensuring smooth operations during the day shift, and meeting performance targets. Additionally, the Team Leader will provide guidance and support to team members, conduct training sessions, and drive team productivity.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus

· Annual CTC Range: ₹3,60,000 - ₹4,80,000 (Fixed, plus monthly Uncapped Incentives)
