Job Description:
SFDC PO We are seeking an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Product Owner - Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce programs while owning product backlog, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes
This hybrid role requires strong product ownership capabilities combined with hands-on Scrum facilitation to drive business value, predictability, and high-quality Salesforce implementations
Key Responsibilities
• Product Ownership Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client priorities
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans for Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Experience, and related clouds)
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Prioritize backlog items to maximize business value and manage trade-offs across scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Partner with Salesforce Architects and Technical Leads to validate solution approaches and feasibility
• Scrum Master & Agile Leadership Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum values, and continuous improvement practices
• Remove impediments, manage delivery risks, and shield teams from external disruptions
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, burn-up, and release progress
• Drive Agile maturity and consistent execution across one or more Salesforce teams
• Stakeholder & Delivery Management Act as a single point of accountability across business stakeholders, product teams, and Salesforce delivery teams
• Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and release planning discussions
• Provide transparent delivery updates to leadership, including risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Ensure delivery alignment with enterprise governance, security, and quality standards
• Salesforce-Focused Responsibilities Ensure functional alignment with Salesforce best practices and standard platform capabilities
• Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off for Salesforce releases
• Coordinate closely with Admins, Developers, QA, and Integration teams across onshore/offshore models
• Ensure production readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong experience working on Salesforce (SFDC) platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proven experience managing enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Business Analyst)
• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Agilist
• Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or large enterprise platforms
• Experience working with onshore-offshore delivery models and client-facing roles
• Exposure to Scaled Agile / SAFe environments.
