Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill and track sample requests for clients; order missing or low-stock samples.
• Maintain inventory levels in the sample room and showroom floor displays.
• Merchandise fabric and textile areas; hang new samples and remove discontinued items.
• Keep pricing, tear sheets, and product literature up-to-date and accessible.
• Support outside sales associates with memos, tear sheets, and shipping as needed.
• Manage showroom supplies including shopping bags, memo pads, pencils, and office materials.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing packages for the showroom.
• Assist clients and sales associates in-person and over the phone with sample, pricing, and product requests.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the showroom and provide excellent client service at all times.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail, interior design, or showroom setting.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day.
• A collaborative spirit and client-first mindset.
