Server Administration Oversee server components such as WAS| Filenet| Spectrm Protect| and ICC.Troubleshoot issues related to file storage area creation and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.Manage Linux fileserver directories| including adding new folders with appropriate authorization. Classical and ILM Archiving Activate and deactivate archive infostructure (AIS).Hands-on expertise in Document Archiving| and system decommissioning.Execute SAP data archiving activities.Run catchup archiving for new archive objects as required.Manage data archiving incident management and provide resolutions.Conduct technical and functional testing for archiving solutions. Retention Management Expert use of PBS Indexing Tool| TJC ASC Tool| TJC AEC Tool| Serrala AP Automation Tool| and ILM Store.Implement ILM legal hold| destruction| and e-discovery processes.Strong troubleshooting skills on Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.Experience with additional enterprise archiving or content management tools.
