Avigna is hiring SAP GRC Consultant (Process Control & Risk Management)
Our SAP Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for a Senior SAP GRC Consultant to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations—bringing efficiency to processes through effective management of cost and schedule. 📍 Experience:
Minimum 8 years in SAP ECC and S/4HANA GRC Process Control and Risk Management At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Process Controls
🛠️ Responsibilities:
• Design and implement SAP GRC Process Control frameworks at a functional and technical level
• Create master data from scratch including organization views, structure hierarchy, objectives, and regulations
• Configure and manage CSA, CCM, BRF+, and automated/manual controls across key business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
• Set up GRC PC/CCM data sources, connectors, and SPRO settings
• Develop and maintain GRC reports (Master Data, Automated Controls, Workflow)
• Integrate PC/RM with BI/BO and support GRC upgrades (including GRC 12)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed control considerations into broader project goals
• Implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and support risk assessments
• Design GRC custom screens, workflows, and handle master data assignments
• Apply ITIL practices in service design and transition
• Support automation initiatives using RPA tools
• Contribute to end-to-end SAP GRC implementations across all project phases
🎓 Qualifications:
• Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP GRC PC/RM
• Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks
• GRC PC or RM certification preferred
• Experience with SQL, Hana views, and automation tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
