High level Skill Set:
Experience in SAP HR module (Knowledgeable in all sub modules - Payroll, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits)
Exp in Quality Center usage and testing processes & methodologies
Knowledgeable in Legacy interfaces
Detailed Skill Set:
• . One or two full life cycle implementation experience on SAP HR.
• . SAP HR global implementation experience is a plus.
• .Hands on experience neededon OM and PA modules.
• . Strong co-ordination skills between technical and functional team
• . Knowledge is ESS, MSS and Workflow
• . Knowledge in Process & Forms would be added advantage
• . Good understanding of testing methodologies.
