Role Summary
Lead the design, configuration, and governance of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices, clean-core principles, and scalable, compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance architecture
Lead configuration of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, Financial Close, and Group Reporting
Design Finance–Controlling (CO) integration (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Margin Analysis)
Ensure integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales
Govern Public Cloud extensibility (In-App, BTP, CBC)
Deliver embedded analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud reporting
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, SOX, and audit controls
Partner with Finance leadership and guide functional teams
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years SAP Finance experience
3+ years SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance hands-on experience
Strong expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
Experience with Central Business Configuration (CBC)
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
Strong stakeholder communication and fit-to-standard leadership
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA Finance Public Cloud certification
Greenfield Public Cloud implementation experience
Industry experience (Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods)
SAP BTP side-by-side extension experience
