Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and other modules.
• Perform user administration tasks including creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts and access rights.
• Analyze and resolve authorization issues; support end-users in resolving access-related incidents.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure system configurations.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
• Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control components (AARM, BRM, CUP, and EAM).
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and security policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to SAP security and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and project implementations from a security perspective.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts or consultants.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Security administration across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HANA DB, and Fiori.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
• Strong understanding of SAP role design concepts including derived roles, composite roles, and single roles.
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP authorization objects, SUIM, PFCG, ST01, ST03, and SU53 transactions.
• Experience working in regulated environments with audit and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
