Job Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance
• Raising Debt Capital: Representing the company to the Banks/FIs, preparation of the proposals of Banks/FIs for raising debt capital for the company, resolving the queries and managing the transaction from end to end.
• Managing Relationship With Existing Lenders – Lead the relationship with existing lenders and manage all the requirements of existing lenders and providing them financial and nonfinancial information within the compliance parameters.
• Preparing the data as per the requirement of the management for the strategic decision making.
• Preparation and analysis of various reports regarding the liquidity, cost of fund and other financial parameters.
• Managing the compliances of the lenders.
All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct
Eligibility Criteria for the Job :
• Experience Preferably 3 -7 years
• Education Preferably MBA / CA / CFA
• Skills & Competencies - Understanding of NBFC or NBFC MFI
• Good in understanding financial ratios and analysis
• Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
• Good Excel Skills
(Tally experience is an advantage)
( Team handling experience is an advantage in AM and must for a Manager
