Sweep&Clean is seeking a reliable and organised Scheduler / Recruiter / Administrator to join our growing team in the Joondalup area.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating staff, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
About Us
Sweep&Clean provides professional cleaning and support services primarily to Aged Care and NDIS clients across North Perth. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality service while maintaining strong communication and compassionate client care.
Because many of our clients rely on consistency, trust, and clear communication, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients feel supported and informed at all times.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Scheduling cleaners and managing daily job allocations
Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
Managing staff rosters and attendance
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Maintaining employee and client records
Assisting with payroll and administrative tasks
Monitoring and maintaining stock take and cleaning supplies
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business
Strong communication is essential in this role, as you will be liaising daily with clients, support coordinators, staff, and management. Many of our clients are elderly or supported through the NDIS, so professionalism, empathy, reliability, and prompt communication are extremely important.
Skills & Experience
Previous administration and scheduling experience preferred
Recruitment or HR experience highly regarded
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional phone manner and customer service skills
Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office and email systems
Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused
