Job Description
Objective: The scrap auditor will be to guarantee at the end of his shift that all scrap that has been generated in the all different productive lines during the shift is reported in our QAD system and has a solid explanation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive scrap reports daily
Validate the information provided in each report
Ensure that each scrap report is signed by area managers
Ensure that all Scrap Reports
Enter daily data in to QAD
Enter RTV & Chargebacks
Clarify the information provided from productive areas before entering the data in to QAD
In case some scrap reports are missing signatures auditor needs to return formats to the corresponding area
Elaborate the Excel file that will be distributed to the plant
The auditor must make tours of the production floor, identifying the scrap containers and validate that what has been reported in the scrap formats has been present in the reports
In case scrap report shows inconsistencies supervisor needs to change the report
Elaborate on a discrepancy in a report report
Archive the documents
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proficient in Excel required
Is adaptable in a faced paced setting
Communication and interpersonal
High sense of responsibility
Strong analytical skills
