Role: Scrum Master W2 Role
Contract: 12+ Months Contract
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Fully onsite
Required Skills:
• 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
• Proven ability to run multiple concurrent teams or projects.
• Strong command of Agile frameworks and hybrid approaches (Scrum / Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and release pipelines.
• Ability to adapt frameworks to fit the work not the other way around.
