Hands-on Experience in Network Monitoring and Alert Management · Experience in troubleshooting transport layer issue (WAN Link) · Experience working on Large global MPLS/SD-WAN Projects · Exposure on uCPE, WAN accelerators, Firewall technologies · Ability to work with customers in activating services · Planning, designing, and creating supporting documentation upgrades and increased network security · Preferred implementation experience of SD-WAN on platform like Versa, Cisco-Viptela & Meraki MX, Velocloud, Fortinet etc. · Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks · Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment · Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting · Arranging scheduled upgrades · Investigating faults in the network · Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
