We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management and customer service excellence
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients
Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to increase market share
Utilize marketing tools and strategies to generate leads and promote products or services effectively
Leverage analysis skills to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Use Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track sales activities, manage customer information, and forecast sales performance
Engage in technical sales discussions to explain product features, benefits, and applications to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and technical support to deliver tailored solutions
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Business development experience with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Account management expertise to nurture long-term client relationships
Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives
Analysis skills for assessing market data and customer requirements
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales pipelines
Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
