About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
2. Research into clients company, competitors and market place
3. Track, map and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
4. Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
5. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed assessment reports
Requirements:
1. Graduate (any degree) with minimum 6 months of proven working experience in recruiting - mid senior levels
2. Understanding of recruitment processes
3. Candidate focus along with relationship building skills
4. Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
5. Superb with collaboration, problem-solving skills and solution oriented
6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
