Job Title:- Digital Marketing Expert (SEO & SEM Specialist)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert with a broad background in SEO, SEM, and diverse digital marketing activities to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to building the digital presence of both our legal consultancy and the foundation.
Job Summary:- The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy, focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years of hands-on SEM experience, and a proven track record of working across various aspects of digital marketing to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and manage paid search campaigns. This role also involves managing social media marketing, optimizing the website according to SEO best practices, and leading and training a team of a content writer, graphic designer, and junior marketer in new technologies and strategies. Building the online presence of The Right Place for You Foundation is also a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to the websites of Blacktie Legal Service LLP and The Right Place for You Foundation.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to improve site visibility.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and other PPC platforms, ensuring effective ad spend and performance.
- Leverage diverse digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing, to complement SEO and SEM efforts.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of a content writer, graphic designer, and junior marketer, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest technologies and strategies in SEO and SEM.
- Oversee social media marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Optimize the website according to SEO best practices, addressing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO elements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, traffic patterns, and search rankings using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
- Utilize trending tools and AI technologies to refine SEO and SEM strategies, automate tasks, and enhance campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with SEM and social media goals.
- Stay current with SEO and SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, including advancements in AI and digital marketing.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact search rankings.
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new code.
- Manage SEM campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to allocated resources.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing efforts for both the legal firm and the NGO based on performance data and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years of hands-on SEM experience.
- Broad experience in various digital marketing activities beyond SEO and SEM, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across different platforms.
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with trending tools and AI technologies in digital marketing.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and training a team of marketing professionals.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical SEO issues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data to improve performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
