Overview
Intuit seeks tax experts for the upcoming tax season. You need an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) to apply.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• You will use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find the right answer for the customer.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will interact with customers using video communication software and document interactions.
Who You Are
• You have at least 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• You are bilingual (English/Spanish) and passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
• You have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers through video and audio tools.
