Your Opportunity
Like Santa’s little helpers, our team adds magic to the shopping experience by creating joyful, memorable moments — from warm greetings and navigation support to gifting solutions, car park assistance, Santa visits, and surprise-and-delight experiences.
Our services team includes customer service, gift wrapping and car park roles – all focused on delivering 5-star experiences during the festive season. It’s your time to shine by bringing Christmas cheer and making every customer moment feel truly magical.
Some of your festive duties as a car park team member will include:
Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre
Supporting traffic management and navigation during busy car park periods
Maintaining the car park’s physical condition to a high standard
Safely operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks or operational needs

You will:
Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
Hold a full driver’s license (manual or auto) to operate a company buggy
Be available for shifts from November 2026 to January 2026, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations.
