We are PRESTIGE Pools & Spas, a locally owned pool and hot tub company seeking a Seasonal Water Lab & Front Desk Retail Associate to join our team from April 14th until the end of October.
This is a customer-facing role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has experience in retail sales or cash handling, and wants to be part of a dynamic, seasonal business.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions
Provide basic support at the water lab, including water sample intake and testing (training provided)
Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness of the showroom, and help with product displays
Assist with day-to-day operations at the front desk, including answering phones and booking service diagnosis
Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience required
Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/debit transactions
Friendly, professional, and dependable with strong communication skills
Water testing experience for pools and hot tubs is an asset, but not required – we’ll train the right candidate
Must be available to work Monday - Friday 10 am to 6pm and Saturdays * am to 5pm. (Alternate days off - Tuesday and Friday)
Must be available to work until end of October 2026
