Position: Section Head - Downstream - Fabrication
Experience: 15-25 Yrs
Education: BE / BTech in Mechanical with experience in similar project

Job Purpose:
• Heavy, medium, light & technological Structural fabrication at DSC-Rockwell in-house fabrication area.
• Cost effective decision and corrective action is prime responsibility.
• Sound knowledge of fabrication drawing, BOQ, Raw material, QAP, Welding process, Electrode types, Codes, layouts, heating and cutting process and blasting & painting, fit-up.
• The role of Section head is primarily for getting and improving production at Fabrication Shop.
• To support engineering teams, draw up safety protocols, analyzing reports, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and generate profits for the organization.
• Oversee the design and implementation of manufacturing systems, budgeting, material & equipment planning for facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyses production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action to enhance productivity and reduce cost.
