This leading European bank is looking to appoint a Securitisation lawyer to join its EMEA Structured Finance legal team in London.
In this role you will advise on complex and bespoke structures across structured finance, securitisation, lending and capital markets.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 1-4 years’ PQE advising on public and private securitisations (ABS, RMBS, CMBS) and warehousing transactions.
You will join a collegiate legal team and will be able to learn from very experienced banking lawyers. This is a VP role that would suit a technical lawyer with a commercial mindset, looking for their first in-house role. Excellent quality of work and work/life balance on offer.
