Job purpose :
This role requires overseeing the whole patching process, coordinating with internal departments, identifying gaps and implementing solutions along with developing the processes continuously
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Standardizing the patching process companywide Patching all the servers at defined frequency. Managing Internal communication on all patching related activities Reviewing and analyzing the patch failure trends Reducing the patching failures through root cause analysis Identifying and executing the automation opportunities to generate efficiencies in team and be able to manage workload efficiently Reporting the compliance of patching Collaborating with internal departments to mitigate Patching related issues

Specification & Key Requirements :
• Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
• Should have 3 years of patching experience with various third-party patch management tools
• Has oversight and is proactive, independent thinker and will be able to dive in and own
