The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior 3D Modeller with strong skills in ArchiCAD or 3ds Max to join our team on a 2-month contract, starting as soon as possible. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our design and visualisation team to create highly detailed architectural models from reference imagery and early-stage concepts, often working with minimal documentation.
Preference is given to candidates who can work in-office, but remote work may be considered for highly experienced applicants.
Your Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, realistic architectural models in ArchiCAD or 3ds Max.
Translate reference images, rough concepts, and basic sketches into detailed, production-ready assets.
Collaborate with creative leads and designers to ensure models align with design intent.
Adapt models quickly in response to feedback, often with minimal instruction.
Work efficiently within existing pipelines and help troubleshoot modelling challenges.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of professional experience in 3D modelling, using ArchiCAD and/or 3ds Max.
A strong portfolio showcasing architecture-focused modelling based on limited visual reference.
Experience optimising geometry and assets for visualisation workflows.
Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit) and rendering tools (V-Ray, Twinmotion, etc.) is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Preference for candidates able to work on-site in Sydney, though remote work will be considered for exceptional applicants.
