Job description
DESIGNATION- Senior Accounts Executive
We are looking for a numbers geek with previous experience in financial bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Your real-time data entry and bookkeeping will facilitate accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of each Cost Category & overall business while supporting tax regulation Compliances.
COMPENSATION- Best in the Industry.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Super proficient in Tally & Excel
• Complete knowledge of Business Accounting for a Pvt. Ltd. Company with a GST, IEC Code.
• Knowledge of TDS, PT, ESIC related matters
• Knowledge of all Import Export Related Compliances will be an added advantage
ACTIVITIES/TASKS TO BE MANAGED
• Realtime maintenance of accounts in Tally
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank & vendor payments
• Maintaining Running Ledgers for all projects (Cost Categories & Cost Centers)
• Handling of basic compliances
• Raising Debit notes, Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.
• Petty Cash & Cash flow reports
• All the necessary filing & documentation related to accounts
• All coordination with clients, team & CA on accounts related matters
