Requirement:
Job Position: Compliance head / Senior Accounts Manager.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of working experience.
Qualification : Semi Qualified CA, CPT or MBA in Finance, PDGM.
Capabilities:
1. Checking day to day entries
2. Checking & should be able to file GST/TDS/PT/PF/ESIC returns.
3. Knowledge of E-invoice generation on GST and e-way bill.
4. Able to do 26AS reconciliation & 2A reconciliation of gst.
5. Good knowledge of Companies Act , GST & Income Tax act followed by other law’s.
6. Preparation of Financial statement & able to file Individual as well as companies ITR/Tax audit/MAT.
7. Should be updated with latest Amendment of all applicable laws and be a good team leader.
8. Preparation of minutes, registers, share certificate, conduct BM/EGM, filing of annual returns to ROC , and other due date related compliances related to companies act or submission from time to time.
+. Reply to notices, and visit income tax/gst or other department for notice/scrutiny/appeals etc.
10. Scrutiny & finalisation of accounts.
11. Preparation & submission of MIS
12. Other related works.
