Month-end close and financial reporting
Prepare and enter journal entries
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliation & bank account reconciliations
Process Weekly and Monthly internal management reports
Process monthly sales tax returns
Record and reconcile intercompany activity
Maintain cash position forecasting model
Record daily cash activity
Maintain depreciation and fixed asset schedules
Validate Accounts Payable GL coding
Assist in preparation of annual budgets
Prepare annual audit schedules
Special projects and other duties as assigned (M&A)
